Ôter is a contemporary French restaurant based in Melbourne’s CBD run by Tom Hunter, Kate and Mykal Bartholomew.
The word ôter means “to remove” or “take off” and represents the dining and interior concept behind the restaurant. Diners will notice a pared back atmosphere, with all the unnecessary removed.
We are currently open for dinner Monday to Saturday from 5.30pm until late and Monday to Sunday for lunch from 12:00pm, while online reservations are recommended, there will be limited spaces available for spontaneous diners. An additional bar is open for cocktails and freshly shucked oysters.
